Halligan Hall (B-233) at the Naval Postgraduate School underwent a full-scale modernization to meet evolving research and academic demands. The project includes seismic retrofitting, envelope upgrades, and extensive reconfiguration of interior lab and office space. 3C Engineering led the commissioning process with a tailored approach, ensuring performance validation and post-occupancy support.
