Guadalupe Community Center

The 3CE consulting team designed the mechanical and plumbing systems and provided Title 24 energy calculations for a 11,700 square foot community center remodel. This $4M+ remodel and expansion of the existing community center includes a gymnasium, multipurpose rooms, computer lab, classrooms, restrooms, and office spaces.
