Our Journey to Net Zero

As engineers who incorporate sustainability into all projects, renovating our office building and implementing green practices in our operations was a priority.

Brief History of 1500 Palm St.

Medical Arts Building 1965-2018

Engineering Arts Building 2018-Present

Designed by renowned local architect, John Ross in 1965, 1500 Palm served as a medical office building for over 50 years. Named The Medical Arts Building, the original owner and surgeon, Dr. Joseph Sarullo, used the space as an outpatient facility for his practice. The downstairs was built out in 1968, serving as a real estate office for his wife, Nancy.

The building was used as medical offices by many local doctors until it was purchased by the 3CE team and renovated in 2018. To honor Dr. Sarullo and his vision, 3CE has tastefully renamed the building, The Engineering Arts Building.

Our Building

We moved into our new building in 2019, however, it was a team effort to renovate the building into what we see today.

Our goal of a green building led us to upgrade almost everything, from landscaping to mechanical systems.
