BCSD New Elementary School

3CE provided mechanical and plumbing design for a new elementary school in Bakersfield, CA. The project consisted of 10 new buildings - 8 modular classrooms, a gym, and a library - totaling approximately 94,000 square feet. 3CE coordinated closely with the architect to make sure the provisions for the HVAC and plumbing systems for the 8 classrooms were in place. 3CE also provided Title 24 documentation for each of the buildings. This project underwent DSA review.
