Here’s a look at a recent project. 3CE provided mechanical and plumbing plans for the tenant improvement for the new Barrelhouse Brewing location in River Park, Fresno. The design included redistribution of the HVAC systems, a walk in keg cooler and the addition of new patio heaters and a fireplace. An entirely new plumbing system was designed to accommodate new public and private restrooms, a new bar with over 30 taps and a janitor area.
