Derby Winery Environmental and Process Control Systems

Derby_Web-3.jpg

Here’s a look at a past project at Derby Winery. 3C Engineering designed the mechanical and plumbing construction documents for the winery. This included developing cooling systems for the barrel rooms, case storage, and production facility. Plumbing design included the process waste systems, process water hose stations, glycol systems for fermentation tanks, and plumbing systems for the whole building. The scope also included the HVAC system for the admin, office, lab, and wine tasting rooms.

3CE also designed and implemented the environmental and process control systems. This included temperature and humidity control modes designed for use during seasonal operations. CO2 monitoring and evacuation strategies were implemented to maintain safe working conditions.
