New Construction Commsioning and Mechanical & Plumbing Design

3CE provided commissioning as well as mechanical and plumbing design for a building addition at Flamson Middle School in Paso Robles. The building consisted of 10 classrooms totally at approximately 13,000 square feet. The design consisted of updating the standard designs for plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment, and building controls. 3CE performed all aspects of the commissioning process. This included envelope, plumbing, fire-life safety, communications, and lighting.
