3CE provided M&P engineering services for a full HVAC replacement upgrade. The upgrade included the replacement of the chiller/boiler hydronic systems and the associated hydronic air handling units. A completely new Honeywell building automation system was designed for remote monitoring and control of the HVAC systems. The scope included applying the latest applicable codes and standards and Title 24 calculations/documentation.
