SLO City Hall

3CE was tasked with replacing the old non-working controls system to an updated Johnson Controls system for SLO City Hall in Downtown SLO. The existing DDC system was no longer effective in operating the facility.

3CE installed controls for the building's air handlers, 28 zone temperature controls, a boiler, and a chiller. This included programming energy efficiency measures such as boiler temperature reset based on outside air, duct static pressure control, demand-based chiller, and economizer control.
