Chris Lewis

Principal

Chris Lewis is a principal for the controls department as well as the responsible managing officer for 3CE. Chris leads the entire field operations for the controls department and has over 20 years of experience with HVAC systems in several sectors including aerospace, government, wineries, and public works projects.

Chris holds the California State Contractor Licenses B, C-7, C-10, C-20, and C-61/D-62. He is a Johnson Controls Certified Installer, Programmer, and Commissioner, Lochinvar Boiler Certified Technician, Raypak Boiler Certified Technician and has a Universal E.P.A Certification. Chris’s experience with the entire process from designing and programming to installing and commissioning DDC systems makes him a valuable and effective leader at 3CE.
